egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.33 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp (remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
beat egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks. sprinkle in cocoa and gently fold. Drop rounded teaspoons on pan covered in parchment paper. Bake at 300 for 20 min.
