Hamburger Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. Hamburger meat, browned and drained1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 soup can of water2 oz cheddar cheese2-3 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Directions
Brown hamburger meat in a skillet and season to taste. Add soup and water and to meat and mix well. Transfer meat mixture to a greased 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over meat and then top with potato slices. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until potato slices are cooked and tender.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings when cooked in a 9x9 pan
