Ingredients
14 Cups Veggies of your choice1 Can Black Beans1.5 C Wild or Brown Rice cooked.5 C Ground Flax (meal) for added nutrition and acts as a thickener.
Directions
Saute all the Veggies with seasoning of choice in batches ( in Oil, optional) included in calories.
Add water and stock to cover.
Simmer on med/low 20-30

Divide into 2cup portions and freeze what you won't eat in 2 days.
