Low Fat, Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding

4 cups skim milk6 tbsp. cornstarch3/4 cup splenda1/4 tsp. morton lite salt1/4 tsp. frenchs salt alternative1 tbsp. vanilla extract1 tbsp.margarine
In med. saucepan add milk and heat just until bubbles form around edges of pan. Do not boil.
In bowl, whisk together cornstarch, splenda, salt alternative and lite salt.
Slowly whisk into hot milk and stir contantly until pudding coats the back of a metal spoon.
Take off heat, add vanilla and mrgarine.
Pour into clean bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Making sure that plastic wrap touches pudding to prevent a skin from forming.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
