Bean Burgers

Ingredients
2 cups drained canned beans(white, black, red, or garbanzo)a quartered onion, 1/2cup rolled oats1 Tbspchili powder,1 eggsalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
In a food processor, combine 2 cups drained canned beans(white, black, red, or garbanzo), a quartered onion, 1/2cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1 Tbspchili powder, 1 egg, and salt and pepper to taste. Pulse untilchunky, adding liquid to hold the mix together. Shape intopatties and cook in a pan coated with cooking spray untilbrowned on one side, about 5 minutes; turn and cook onother side until firm and browned.
