Ingredients
20 oz pizza dough11 oz part skim ricotta cheese5 oz mozzarella1 cup Ragu pizza sauceassorted spices and herbs (basil, oregano and parsley) Optional
Directions
Serves 4
Preheat over to 400

Roll out pizza dough, cut into 4 pieces
Mix your choice of herbs and spices with the ricotta cheese.
Spread Ricotta evenly on the dough, sprinkle mozzarella and sauce.
Fold dough over and pinch together
Bake for 30-40 minutes
