Ingredients
egg, american cheese, english muffin and butter
Directions
toast english muffin in toaster, in frying pan cook the egg with no stick no calorie cooking spray. I make sure egg yolk is cracked so it cooks all the way through. Cover the pan for 3 minutes to steam the egg then take off and flip over to make sure egg is cooked all the way through. After english muffin is done butter with .33 tbsp of butter then add egg and cheese in the middle and serve.
