Asian Cabbage Salad with Sesame Oil & Ramen noodles

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)Alfalfa sprouts, 1 cupPeanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt), 60 grams Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor, 1 serving *green onion (spring onion), 0.20 cupDressing: Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 4 tbspSesame Oil, 1.5 1tsp
Directions
Shred the cabbage, chop the spring onions, and throw throw in the sprouts & peanuts. Crumble the ramen noodles in the packet, and add just before you're about to serve.

You can drizzle the sesame oil over the salad, and add the soy sauce just before you're about to eat. This salad can be very salty if you overdo the soy sauce..

Serving Size: about 6 servings, but you'd be forgiven for pigging on this salad!
