Unstuffed Bell Peppers

1 lbs ground turkey2 tbsp olive oil1 green pepper sliced1 red pepper sliced1 small onion sliced1 can (14 oz) of canned tomatoes1 can (14 oz) of low sodium/99% fat free chicken or beef broth1/4 cup of feta cheesespices of your liking - oregeno, salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc...
1. Ground turkey in large skillet, remove and set aside
2. Slice the green and red peppers and onions
3. Sautee the peppers and onions in 2 tbsp of olive oil
4. Add 1 (14oz) can of diced tomatoes and spices - oregeno, salt, pepper, garlic, etc... and simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the turkey and broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Top with feta cheese and serve over rice if you like.
