10 oz can of mushrooms 16 oz frozen white onions 1 sprig of rosemary 2 ilbs chicken skinless and boneless cut into 1 inch strips 1/4 cup of cornstarch 1 can of golden mushroom soup 1 cup Burgundy or other dry red wine Hot Mashed or oven roasted potatoes
1. Put mushrooms,oniuons,rosemary and chicken in crock pot.
2. Stir the cornstarch,soup and wine ina small bowl. Pour soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables
3. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Remove sprig of rosemary. Serve with potatoes.
