Quick and Easy Low Calorie Mini Pepperoni Pizza

1 - Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin2 tbsp - Bertolli Organic Olive Oil, Basil & Garlic Sauce4 tbsp - Reduced Fat Mozzarella8 slices - Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Prep a cookie sheet with foil for easy clean up
3. Split one english muffin in half and place on prepped cookie sheet
4. Place one tablespoon of sauce on each muffin half
5. Place two tablespoons of mozzarella on each muffin half on top of sauce
6. Place 4 slices of turkey pepperoni on top of mozzarella on each muffin half.
7. Place pizzas in oven for 8 to 15 minutes. (Depending on oven and desired crispness)
Let cool and enjoy!
