Broccoli Pie

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef1/4 cup chopped onion3/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Garlic Salt2 Tblsp Flour 1-1/4 cup milk1 - 8 ounce pk Cream Cheese1 Egg1 10 ounce pk Broccoli (chopped; cooked, drained)2 Tubes Crescent Rolls8 ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Saute' meat and onion, add flour, salt, and garlic, stir.
Add milk, and cream cheese cook until smoth and thick. Add egg stir and cook for about 1 minute. Add Broccoli. Simmer while preparing casserole dish.
Press one tube crescent rolls into a greased 9X13 dish. Add beef mixture, cover with shredded cheese, arrange second tube of rolls on top of cheese, Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cover with foil for last 20 minutes if needed
