Dark Brown Decorators Icing

Ingredients
1 cup icing sugar2 tbsp cocoa powder3-5 teaspoons cold, brewed espresso or double-strength coffee2 teaspoons light corn syrup
Directions
Sift together icing sugar and cocoa.
Slowly beat in coffee and corn syrup until icing is smooth and glossy.
If icing is too thick, add more corn syrup.
Cover if not using immediately, this dries out fairly quickly.
