Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients
1 tb coriander powder1 tb kasoori methi1/3 tb chilli powder1 tsp garam masala powder2 cups milk250 gm paneer1/2 tsp salt0.5 cup chopped onion1 tb butter1 tb ginger garlic paste
Directions
In a bowl,mix all the spices with a cup of milk.melt the butter in a pan,add the chopped onions. add the ginger garlic paste when the onions are soft.now,add the mixture of spices and cover the pn and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes on a low flame. open and add the salt...then slowly add the second cup of milk stirring simultaneously. then add the paneer and boil for 2 minutes.
