16 cups Old Fashion Rolled Oats (Dry)4 cups Coconut1 cup Seasame Seeds3 cups Pumpkin Seeds2 cups Sunflower Seeds2 cups Blanched Almond Slivers1 cup Olive Oil2 cups Honey
Mix all dry ingredients.
Blend oil and honey together, drizzle over dry mixture, stirring well, until all dry ingredients are coated.
Bake at 300 for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Less baking required for chewy granola, more if you like it crunchy.
Delicious as a dessert or yogurt topping too!
