Turkey Quesadillas

Ingredients
4 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped OR 4 tsp dried chives8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapenos, shredded8 8" tortillas2 cups cooked turkey breast, choppedCooking spray
Directions
1. Spray pan with cooking spray and heat over med-high heat. Sautee chives until tender. Remove from heat. (If using dried, skip this step.)
2. Reduce heat to medium, place 1 tortilla in pan, top with 1 Tbsp fresh chives (1 tsp dried), 1/2 cup turkey and 2 Tbsp cheese. Place another tortilla on top.
3. Cook each side until brown. Cut into 6 wedges. Serve with 1/4 cup cranberry salsa and 1 Tbsp sour cream (not included in nutritional info calculation).
