Moosewood Baked Tofu

Ingredients
2 blocks extra firm tofu4 gloves of garlic minced2 tablespoons olive or peanut oil6-8 tablespoons of tamari sauce
Directions
Press water out from blocks of tofu and dice into 1/2" cubes. Mix oil, tamari and minced garlic. Toss tofu in the marinade. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 400 deg. Turning once during the baking time
