Smoked Salmon patties

Ingredients
6 oz. can of smoked salmon2 oz lime flavored tortilla chip crumbs1 egg beatenpeppersalsa or pico de gallo
Directions
blend tortilla chip crumbs until finely ground add pepper (and cayenne if desired)
combine flaked salmon and beaten egg
add chip crumbs until patty can be formed
brown in hot skillet 1.5 minutes per side
top with salsa or pico de gallo
