Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1 15oz Can Black Beans (Drained & Rinsed)3/4 Cup Egg, Whites, Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites1/4 Cup Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder3 Tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 tsp GV Instant Coffee Granules3/4 Cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1/2 Cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
Directions
-Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray.
-Dump black beans, applesauce, cocoa powder, egg whites, vanilla extract, splenda and coffee granules into the blender and blend until smooth.
-When blended to your satisfaction, stir in chocolate chips
-Pour into a baking dish.
-Put the brownies in the oven for a half hour and bake until the edges pull away from the sides and a knife inserted comes out clean.
-Sprinkle brownies with powdered sugar.

Serving Size: Makes 12-24 Bars (Pending on Pan Size)
