Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Zucchinni 1 cup raw chopped with skin, 1 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)*HUNTS FIRE ROASTED TOMATOES W/GARLIC, 1.75 cup (remove)*Beans, Canned Black Beans, Great Value (1/2c = 129g, 3.5 serv per 15.5 oz can), 129 gram (remove)*Chicken Broth - Low Sodium, 4 cup (remove)*Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce, 2 cup
saute onion 3 mins or until softened in 3tblsp of broth; add oregano and garlic;;saute i min;Stie in zucchini and carrots; saute 5 mins or until veggies are tender. Stir in tomatoes,bean broth; bring mixture to boil. reduce heat and simmer 20 mins. Stir in spinach mixture and cook until wilted.
