parsnip and sweet potato soup

Ingredients
300g parsnips300g sweet potato1/2 pint vegetable stock (broth)1/2 pint milk 2%1/2 pint water2 tbsp chopped coriander (cilantro)pinch nutmegblack pepper
Directions
1) peel and chop the parsnips and sweet potato and boil in the vegetable stock for 15 mins or until soft.

2) blend until smooth and return to the pan with the remaining ingredients. gently heat until just simmering

3) serve!
