Roasted Zucchini with Thyme

Ingredients
2 cups zucchini, chunked1 onion, sliced thinly2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon dried thyme1/2 teaspoon saltdash black pepper
Directions
Quarter zucchini and cut into chunks. Slice onion. On baking sheet, toss zucchini and onion with oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Roast 30 minutes at 450 degrees F. Toss halfway through. Serves 4.
