Gwen's EGG-squisite Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

3 large fresh egg whites.1/4 c. shredded FF CHEDDER CHEESE.1/4 c. Spinach, fresh1/4 c. Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped 1/4 c. Peppers, sweet, red, raw1/4 c. Mushrooms, fresh1/4 c. Red Ripe Tomatoes(I use grape tomatoes-sliced)- used as garnish on top after cooked.1 tsbp Milk, nonfatDash Sea SaltDash cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 325
Whip egg whites with 1 TBSP FF Milk.
Chop all veggies.
Spray Small Bread Pan with Cooking spray (I use an olive oil variety with no fat,soodium ,calories, nothing!)
Add all ingriedints but tomatoes to pan, including cheese.
Stir around to mix evenly.
Pop it into the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Or until cooked.
Turn out on plate, Flip it back over so veggies show on top. garnish with your tomatoes.
I do one turn of the sea salt mill and one turn of the pepper mill over it .
Delicious and you can eat the whole thing or split into 2 servings.
