1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast2 cups frank's red hot1 (1 oz) package dry ranch salad dressing mix1 Tbsp country crock + calcium
Place chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and pour in wing sauce, margarine and the ranch dressing mix. Cover, and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Shred chicken & cook for 10-20 minutes in the sauce to allow the chicken to soak up the seasoning.
