1 cup shredded lettuce3 tbsp red pepper, chopped 3 tbsp cucumber , peeled, chopped 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped2 tbsp avocado, chopped1.7 oz tofu, chopped1 tsp olive oil1.5 tbsp lime juicechili pepper saltgarlic powder
Mixx all ingredients in a salad bowl, season add olive oil and lime juice, season with salt, garlic powder and some dried chili pepper powder. I like to serve it to toasted multi-grain bread with low fat cream cheese for a well rounded, healthy meal.
