Ingredients
3 large egg whites1/2 C roasted red peppers1/4 C feta cheese3 cloves garlic2 small slices of French bread
Directions
cook red peppers, and garlic till slightly sauteed. add eggs in a pan, peppers feta and garlic, and cook like normal omlette. DONE!

Serving Size: makes one medium sized omlette
