Krab Alfredo Florentine

Ingredients
6 oz Pasta (rigatoni)1.5 cup imitation crab1 cup spinach chopped5 baby bellas1 egg1 cup Ragu light parmesan alfredo 1 cup ricotta - part skim1 1/2 cup 5 blend Italian cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 400

Boil water - add pasta cook 10 minutes
Drain pasta

Chop spinach and portobellas
In a large bowl add krab, spinach, and bellas

Mix egg in a cup so it is well beaten add to krab mixture

Add pasta when done cooking to krab mixture. Add ricotta cheese. Mix well.

Add to a baking dish top with cheese
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
