Pasta Shells with Vegetables

Ingredients
Box of Medium Shells1 Cup Frozen Peas1 Cup Broccoli Florets1 Pint Cherry or Grape Tomatoes1 Cup of Parmesan CheeseSmall Onion6 baby carrots1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
1.Saute Onion in Olive Oil 1/4 Cup (thin rings)
2. Cut up Carrot, Broccoli, Tomatoes
3.Saute Carrot, Peas, Broccoli, add cup of water and steam
4. after they are cooked add tomatoes (Halved)
5. Cook Pasta Separately
6. Combine Pasta, Cheese, Vegetables, and 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Serving Size: 2 Cups Prepared makes 5 servings
