Ingredients
2 large chicken breast ( no skin)1 can coconut milk1 can coconut cream 2 tbsp curry powder serve with 1 cup rice per serving
Directions
1. cut up meat and brown chicken
2. add curry powder and coconut milk and let simmer for 20 minutes
3. serve with steamed rice and veggies
