Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1 can Tomato Sauce1 can Chili Beans1 can Diced Tomatoes1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced1 Clove Garlic, Minced2 Cubes Beef Bouillon¼ Cup Beer1/8 Cup Chili Powder½ TBS Worcestershire½ TBS Oregano1 tsp Ground Cumin1/2 tsp dried basil½ tsp black pepper½ tsp paprika½ tsp sugarLike it hot? Add:1 tsp Tabasco½ tsp cayenne pepper1 green chile pepper
Directions
Dice the green pepper. Mix all ingredients EXEPT turkey and garlic in a slow cooker, turn to high while you perform the next step. Brown turkey and drain, then add minced garlic and cook on medium for about 3 minutes. Transfer turkey into slow cooker and stir in. Cover and set on low for about 4-6 hours. You can really let it cook as long as you want, but you want to let it cook for a while so the flavors blend. I did it for 6 hours on low and it turned out fantastic. Alternatively, you can cook the turkey and garlic and then just mix everything in a pot, and warm it up and serve if you are short on time. I recommend the slow cooker.
