Red Chili Chicken and Rice with Black Beans

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts.5 cup rice.5 cup salsa1 cup black beans1 tbsp canola oil2 cloves garlic1 tbsp chili powder.5 onion, chopped3/4 cup chicken broth
Directions
Throw onion, garlic in oven-safe pot, add oil and cook 5 minutes. Add rice, chili powder, and broth.
Put in oven for 40 minutes @ 375.
Add chicken, salsa and beans.
Cook for additional 32 minutes.
