Cabbage, one head medium1 Cup brown rice (makes two cups when cooked)Onion, one mediumTurkey, 12 ouncesBeef, top sirloin, 10 ouncesGreen beans drained, two cansSpices to taste include: Fennel seed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes.
Pre-cook cabbage, add all ingredients and cook on low in slow cooker about 4 hours
