Low Carb Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole roasting chicken(3-4 pounds), rinsed1 Tblsp organic expeller pressed coconut oil*2 tsp paprika2 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder2 tsp cayenne powder (or less)
Directions
Turn crockpot on high and cover with lid.

Rinse and pat dry. Rub chicken with coconut oil.
In small bowl combine seasonings and cover chicken.
Place in crockpot and cook on low for 10 hours. Chicken will be falling off the bone and amazingly tender! Like "butter"!!
