Spinach, Brown Rice, & Turkey Sausage Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
5 Bell Peppers1/2 Small Onion, chopped1 Cup Spinach, chopped1/4 Cup Mozzarella3 Turkey Sausage, chopped (the long kind not breakfast)1 Cup Brown Rice1 tbsp Cumin1 tbsp Chili Pepper
Directions
Cook Rice until completely done, drain water
Then add in:
Onion
Spinach
Mozzarella
Turkey Sausage
Cumin
Chili Powder

Combine all ingredients

Cut off tops and core peppers, stuff with mixture

Cook in oven uncovered 25 minutes, then cover and cook for 15 more minutes or until pepper is tender
