Ham and Bean Soup

Ingredients
Ham, regular (11% fat), 2 cup, diced (remove)Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)Bush's Blackeye Peas, 0.5 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Directions
Soak beans over night.
Combine all in slow cooker. Cook on low for 10 hours.
