Black Bean & Rice Burger

Ingredients

1 - 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup cooked brown rice1 small onion, finely chopped1 egg, lightly beaten2 tablespoons Salsa1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1. In a large bowl, mash beans with fork.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
3. Drop .50 cup handfuls into a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstrick cooking spray.
4. Flatten to .50 inch thickness.
5. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until firm and browned.
6. Place finished patty on bun, and top with your favorite toppings.
