Plantains, 3.5 cup, mashed Butter, unsalted, .33 cup Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Egg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, 2.5 tbsp Baking Soda, 1 Salt, 1 dash Rice flour, brown, 1.5 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled Raisins, .1 cup (not packed)
Directions
preheat oven to 350*F, cook until golden brown.
