Frozen Pistachio Pie (No Sugar)

Ingredients
Crust:1.5 cups finely crushed graham crackers2 T unsalted butter1T unsweetened applesauceFilling:1 box sugar free pistachio pudding1 c 2% milk1/4 c unsweetened almond milk6 oz low fat cream cheese (neufchatel)1/2 container lite cool whip
Directions
Melt butter in microwave; add graham cracker crumbs and applesauce. Coat bottoms of 1 pie plate & 3 ramekins with non-stick spray. Press crumb mixture into bottoms of pans; bake at 350 for 10 min. Set aside to cool.
Whisk milk and pudding mix; let stand til soft set. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add pudding and beat together. Fold in cool whip.
Top cooled crust with pudding mixture. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight. If you prefer it to be soft, chill in refrigerator.
