Tomato sauce with pork

Ingredients
2 cans canned tomatoes3 cloves garlic1 cup chopped onions1 tsp black pepper1 tbs oregano1 cup water 1 tbs tomato paste8 oz ground pork
Directions
Saute pork in pot, add chopped oniuons and garlic and let soften. Add tomato paste and allow to carmelize. Add canned tomatoes, water and seasonings. Stir and lower heat. Allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.

Note: add about 1/2 tsp of baking soda to pot when it comes to a boil. This will cut the acidity of the tomatoes and make the sauce sweeter.
