Ingredients:10 jumbo shrimp (under 15 shrimp/pound)5 tsp chopped garlic1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper2 tbsp paprika1 cup all purpose flour1 fl oz white wine6 tbsp Smart Balance Butter Spread
Directions
1) mixed flour, paprika, cayenne pepper
2) dredge shrimp in flour mix
3) add 4 tbsp smart balance butter and chopped garlic in hot skillet
4) add shrimps, salt, pepper
5) turn the shrimps after few minutes
6) once the shrimps is cooked, add white wine
7) add 2 tbsp smart balance butter
8) garlic should be brown by now. serve with rice
