Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

1 stick butter3/4 cup smooth, natural peanut butter3 eggs1/2 cup splenda1 tsp. vanillaPinch of salt1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 cup coconut flour
Heat the oven to 350
Cream together the butter, peanut butter, eggs, and splenda with an electric mixer. Add the remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Dish out by heaping teaspoons onto 2 parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes or firm and golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 20-24 cookies
