Kale Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
1 bunch of kale3 Roma TomatoesLemon pepperGround pepperSalt3tbsp Chopped Chives2 tbsp olive oil3 cloves of Garlic
Directions
Dice garlic and chives. Sauté in frying pan with EVOO on mid-high heat. Shred and Add Kale and tomatoes. Cook 10-15 minutes. Season and serve.
