Rice a Roni with pork and pea pods

Ingredients
*Rice A Roni, Beef - as packaged, 2.5 serving Butter, salted, 2 tbsp *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 2 cup, diced large with all fat removed*Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 small 1 cup chicken stock (low sodium)1-1/2 cup water
Directions
make rice a roni as directed on package
as rice browns, add pork, onions, peas and chicken stock, stir and brown for 5 to 7 minutes before adding 1-1/2 cups water
Cover until done, stirring occasionally
