Ingredients
1 can Canellini Beans, drained and rinsed1 Can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsedGenova ltalian tuna in olive oil, (use abot half of the oil in the salad)Artichokes,canned in water or frozen, defrosted or rinsed and drainedGreen Olives, choppedred wine vinegar to taste
Directions
Prepare ingredients and mix well. Let sit overnight in fridge for flavors to meld.
