Teriyaki crockpot beef

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter/olive oil spread2.25 lbs. Stew meat1 clove garlic (grated)1/2 cup ken's honey teriyaki marinade1/2 cup soy sauce3 tbsp balsamic vinegar3 tbsp honey11 oz. Crystalized Ginger (grated)2 bell peppers cut into strips
Directions
Melt butter in skillet. Add meat and garlic and cook just until browned. Transfer to crockpot. In same skillet, mix remaining ingredients, except peppers, and bring to slight boil. Pour over meat. Cook in crockpot on low 6-8 hours, adding peppers (or veggies of choice) during last hour. Serve over rice.
