Ann's Kale soup

Ingredients
4 cups chopped kale1tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic1 cup chopped carrots8 cups Pacific Natural Foods Free Range Chicken broth1 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)1 tsp sesame oil (to taste)
Directions
In a soup pot, saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant. Add carrots, kale, soy sauce and saute until kale is just tender. Add stock and heat through. Add sesame oil to taste
