Chinese Chicken Slaw

Ingredients
Slaw:1 c. Shredded Cooked Chicken1/2 c. Diced Celery1/4 c. Red Bell Pepper Diced1/4 c. Diced Onion1 Large Carrot Grated1/2 Cabbage ShreddedDressing:1/4 c. Cider Vinegar4 T. Rice Vinegar5 t. Sugar1 t. Salt2 t. Soy Sauce1/4 t. Garlic Powder1/4 t. Black PepperTop with 1/8 c. Sliced Almonds
Directions
Mix all Slaw ingredients and set aside. Mix together all dressing ingredients and pour over slaw. Top with almonds. Makes 4 (1.25 c. servings)
