Apricot Almond Date Maple Energy Bars

Ingredients
1 c rolled oats1/2 c toasted wheat germ1/4 c whole wheat flour1/2 c dried apricots1/2 c dried figs1/2 c dried dates1/2 c raw sunflower seeds1/2 c raw almonds2 large eggs1/2 powdered dry nonfat milk1/2 tsp cinnamon1/3 c pure maple syrup
Directions
Process all ingredients in food processor until it has the consistency of a coarse paste. Spread into 9"x13" pan. Bake 20 minutes.
Cut immediately but leave in pan to cool.
