Ingredients
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free vanilla yogurt1 cup fat-free milk2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder2 tablespoons splenda2 tablespoons reduced-sugar strawberry fruit spread
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately

    Great recipie, but made some changes. Didn't use dry milk powder, use lemon juice and I didn't use as much fat free milk, kinda like mine thick. I used bag of frozen fruits mixed, very easy and convient. Didn't need sugar, fruits were already sweet to me. - 1/20/08
