Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 1 cube of beef boullion; mixed with two cups boiling water;- 1/2 cup of Itialian salad dressing- 1/2 cup of Kraft Calorie Wise BarBQ sauce-1 tsp dried orgeano leaves- 1lb stewing beef (cut into 1-1/4 inch cubes)-1 lb small red potatoes-4 large carrots-4 large celery sticks-1 Clove of garlic- 2 tsp sweet chili sauce- 4 drops of hot sauce-1 tsp each italian seasoning; chili powder; garlic powder; black pepper-3 tbsp flour-1`1/2 cup of water
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients in slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except flour and water; toss to coat. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 8-9 hours. (or HIGH 4-5 hours)

Transfer meat and vegatables to serving bowl with slotted spoon; cover with foil

Mix flour and water until well blended. Whisk into juices in slow cooker; cover. Cook on HIGH 15 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Spoon over meat and vegetables.
